Dr. Cai has been working in the field of finance and taxation for more than 20 years. He has successively worked in finance and management positions in large state-owned listed companies in Xiamen and local main board listed companies in Hong Kong and formerly served as the General Manager of Real Estate Development company and Financing Leasing company. He has rich practical experience in many industries such as e-commerce, trading, real estate, construction, manufacturing,  financial leasing, service and high-tech enterprises. He has participated in the whole process of IPO of Hong Kong companies on the Hong Kong stock exchange for many times, is familiar with the financial and tax policies, capital and financial market and business environment of China and Hong Kong, and is good at financial management, project investment and operation management, enterprise restructuring and M&A, equity design, equity incentive and tax planning; Published papers in professional journals such as Research on the Financial and Tax and Law of Registered Capital, Analysis of Difficult financial and tax Problems Related to Litigation Cases, Analysis of Accounting Treatment of Business Combinations and Its Potential Impact, and Research on The Accounting of Investment Real Estate under The New Corporate Accounting Standards and The Difference Between It and Tax law.
